By the case
We supply sourdough rounds, boules, batards and French breads by the case, baked to a standing weekly order.
Case sizes vary by product — boules go fourteen to a case, rounds twelve, raisin-walnut batards fifteen.
Pricing is handled directly rather than published, so we can be straight with you about what is realistic at your volume.
Events and catering
Weddings, family gatherings, harvest dinners. Bread for a long table, and gateau basque for the end of it.
Tell us the date, the headcount and roughly what you have in mind. The earlier the better — a large bake has to fit around the weekly one.
